As promised, today is part 1 of our head to toe inside out wellness series. Let's begin with something easy for ALL ages and ranges. We'll start with the heart.
Please note that anything we post in our blog series does not constitute medical advice. Consult with your physician about your health and wellness.
We've mentioned before that few in our society truly understand how the human anatomy, the earth, and cosmos intertwine and really work. It's a beautiful, elegant, and yet very sophisticated dance that flows together seamlessly. You would (will) be utterly AMAZED.
Oddly, we know less now that we (in general) did over three thousand years ago. Perhaps it was because people grew their own crops and were more in touch with the seasons, the land, weather, and stars.
There is a lot to say, but until you open the channels of your heart it won't do any good. So we will take baby steps.
"Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart and be no more stiff-necked." Deuteronomy 10:16
Write down the scriptures mentioned. Look them up and read, study, and consider for yourself.
We (currently)live in a rather superficial society. Therefore, the masses tend to listen to the smoothest speakers and the prettiest faces.
We want you to seek the truth. Ask God for guidance. That applies to all aspects (political, economic, family, faith, health etc.)
If you have found a Bible/ Torah study group, great. If not, that's okay. Be patient.
Read the Tenach / Bible (Old Testament) for yourself (at your own pace) until you do find at least one or more other persons interested in participating with you. Try to read three chapters per day from Genesis to Malachi.
Stop when questions arise. Let them surface and simmer. That's the Holy Spirit attempting to engage with you.
Allow the conversation. Nothing is off limits. It's meant to be personal.
Old issues may come up. It offers new and healthy perspectives to heal.
Check your local Chabad Center for Torah / Talmud classes. They are usually free. Registration may be required.
Don't be too consumed with those who don't understand. We realize certain people have been making ignorant anti-Semitic remarks of late.
Many of them are searching and realizing their history. Some are actually of the Diaspora of the 12 tribes of Israel themselves. The history is rich and complex.
Remember, Jews (tribe of Judah) only represents 1of 12 tribes. We won't discuss it here. It needs its own space.
Some are just having difficulty relinquishing the spotlight to the arriving King of the Universe. Allow them to breathe.
Now you know who they are. And they have learned they are not infallible.
But certainly continue to call them out. (See Psalm 15) Hate speech is ugly in all its forms.
Instinctively, they know the real Moshiach/Messiah is near and they are not. People can not worship man and God.
Some have even had divine encounters but knew it not. They are in process. Reality is setting in for them. It's good.
Ultimately, it's a personal choice. We have free will. But God does not want anyone to be misled again. Thus, education is free in most parts of the world.
Reading, studying, asking and thinking for yourself is critical. It leads to freedom even while depending on God per Jeremiah 31:34
Learn for yourself. More to come.
Love, Mazel & Brachas,
LeTicia
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land
